If you have any doubts, take a look here — we’ve prepared a set of the most frequently asked questions, along with clear answers.
What pricing models do you offer?
We offer two pricing models: fixed price and monthly hourly retainers.
Fixed price works best for projects with a clearly defined scope. The hourly retainer model is a good fit for ongoing collaboration — for example when you’re continuously developing your website, need regular design support, or ongoing UX, UI, or Webflow consulting.
During a free consultation, we’ll help you decide which model fits your project best.
What is the average project budget?
The budget depends on the scope and complexity of the project.
We are a boutique studio focused on quality. Every project at Ficturo is handled by senior specialists, follows a thoughtful process, and is tailored to your business needs. All of these factors influence the final pricing.
During a free consultation, we’ll share typical budget ranges for projects similar to yours and help you understand what would be a realistic fit for your goals.
Could a small team like Ficturo be a limitation for my project?
Staying small is a deliberate choice — and for many of our clients, it's exactly what they're looking for. You get direct access to the people actually doing the work, faster decisions, and full accountability for the outcome.
If your project requires a large operational team or long parallel sprints, let's talk it through during a consultation. We'll always be upfront about whether we're the right fit.
Who is Ficturo a good fit for?
We work best with companies that value quality and treat design and technology as an investment, not a cost. That's usually IT, SaaS, and tech companies, digital product makers, and B2B brands thinking long-term — ones looking for a partner, not a one-off vendor.
Can I be sure my project will be handled by a senior?
Yes — that's one of our core principles. Ficturo is a senior-only team: Marta brings years of experience in digital design, and Paulina is a certified Webflow expert.
When you work with us, you can be sure your project is in the hands of people with real, deep expertise — not juniors learning on the job.
Can I manage the website on my own after the project is done?
Yes, that's one of our priorities. Every site we build is made for independent editing — think managing blog posts, job listings, portfolio entries, and other content. After launch, we run a Webflow training session so you're set up for success.
If you'd like, we can also provide video recordings and project documentation to refer back to anytime.
What sets you apart from other studios?
- You work directly with seniors. Every project is handled by a small, experienced team — no handoffs, no rotating people. From start to finish, you always know who is responsible for your project.
- You're in it for the long run. Some of our clients have been with us for years — the longest collaboration has been running for over 8. Instead of one-off projects, we build relationships and grow products together with our clients.
- Your experience speaks for itself. We are a certified Webflow Premium Partner and Webflow Awards finalists (Top New Partner of the Year). We work in Webflow every day and continuously develop our expertise.
Can I verify your experience and client reviews?
We've been around since 2016. Over the years, we've built long-term relationships with our clients — many of which are still ongoing, some for over 8 years.
We've worked with companies including Synergy Codes, Nomtek, Rebels Software, DareIT, Brainhub, Norbsoft, and LiveSession.
You can read our client reviews here or on our Google profile, where we hold a 5.0 rating. And if you'd prefer to speak with one of our clients directly — just get in touch. We're happy to arrange it.
We hold the Webflow Premium Partner certification and are finalists of the Webflow Awards in the category of Top New Partner of the Year (New York, 2025). The jakubwencek.pl project received an Honorable Mention on Awwwards, and at the Mixx Awards we won Silver in the Innovation & Smart Solution category for the Niewidzialny Etat project.
Can I give feedback on the project?
Absolutely — your feedback is a core part of how we work. We move through the project stage by stage: we review each one together, collect your input, and only move forward when you're happy with the result.
That way the project always stays on track, and changes feel natural — no surprises for either of us.
Will there be a Project Manager involved in my project?
No — and that's intentional. You work directly with the person building your project. No middlemen, no communication delays. Your feedback goes exactly where it needs to, and the full project context always stays with the person doing the work.
Who owns the project after the collaboration ends?
All rights to the project are yours. Once the project is complete and settled, we hand over full ownership — both the design files in Figma and the project in Webflow. The site is published on your Webflow account, giving you full access and control. We want our collaboration to always be a choice, not an obligation.
I have a brandbook ready. Will the project follow the guidelines defined in it?
Yes. A brandbook is our starting point and our guide. We work in line with the defined guidelines for colours, typography, logo, and communication style. If during the design process we notice that something needs adjusting for digital needs, we'll let you know and propose a solution.
I only have a logo. How does the design process work in that case?
Not having a full brandbook is no problem at all — it's a very common situation. Based on your logo and a conversation about your brand, we create a Key Visual: a cohesive visual system covering colour palette, typography, illustration style, and photography. The Key Visual then becomes the foundation of the website design and the base for all brand communication.
How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on the project scope.
- Webflow development of a ready design: 3–6 weeks
- Design: 4–8 weeks
- Design & Webflow: 8–14 weeks
We always agree on a timeline at the start. During a free consultation, we'll give you a more precise schedule for your specific project.
What is a design system and why does it matter?
A design system is a set of consistent rules, components, and styles that define the look and behaviour of an interface — from typography and colours, through buttons and forms, to entire page sections.
It keeps the site visually consistent, easier to develop, and less prone to errors during editing. At Ficturo, we build design systems in both Figma and Webflow — which is one of the reasons our sites are scalable and straightforward to manage independently.
Can I give feedback on the project?
Absolutely — your feedback is a core part of how we work. We move through the project stage by stage: we review each one together, collect your input, and only move forward when you're happy with the result.

If you'd like, we can also provide video recordings and project documentation to refer back to anytime.
Do you offer Webflow training?
Yes. Knowledge transfer is a standard part of what we do. After launch, we run an online Webflow training session so you can hit the ground running. If you'd like, we can also put together video recordings and project documentation you can come back to whenever you need.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes. After the project wraps up, you can jump into our monthly hourly packages — covering technical support, ongoing site development, consultations, and day-to-day updates. Many of our collaborations go on for years, because we genuinely care about long-term relationships and love growing alongside our clients' brands.
Do you handle website migration to Webflow from WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix?
Yes, migrating websites to Webflow is part of our offer. We move projects from WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and other platforms.
What does it mean that you're an official Webflow Partner?
The Webflow Premium Partner status is an official certification awarded by Webflow to agencies around the world that meet strict quality and experience criteria.
Alongside this, in 2025 Ficturo was also recognised at the Webflow Awards in the category of Top New Partner of the Year (September 2025, New York).
For you, it means working with a studio recommended by Webflow — one that knows the best practices and stays up to date with every new feature of the platform.
Can I develop my website in Webflow using AI?
Yes — Webflow is increasingly integrating AI capabilities, and we keep a close eye on these developments.
Importantly, sites built by Ficturo are based on a solid design system and a clean framework, which makes them AI-friendly — easy to develop and modify without the risk of structural chaos.
I already have a design. Can you handle just the Webflow development?
Yes. If you have a ready design — for example in Figma — we can take care of the Webflow development only.
Before we start, we review the project to assess its technical feasibility. If anything needs clarification or adjustment to meet Webflow's requirements, we'll let you know during the consultation.
What does the Webflow development process look like, step by step?
The Webflow development process consists of 6 stages:
- Consultation — we discuss the scope, goals, and technical requirements.
- Environment setup — we configure the framework and build a design system that makes future development easier.
- Development — we build the site according to the design, including animations and interactions.
- CMS & integrations — we configure the CMS and connect the site to the tools you need (e.g. HubSpot, Zapier).
- Testing & QA — we check performance across different devices and browsers.
- Launch & knowledge transfer — we publish the site and run a Webflow training session.
Can I develop the site after the project is done without a developer?
Yes — that's one of the main reasons we work with Webflow. It's a no-code tool that lets you manage content, add new subpages based on existing components, and grow your site without involving a developer for every small change.
How long does a project take?

- Design & Webflow: 8–14 weeks
We always agree on a timeline at the start. During a free consultation, we'll give you a more precise schedule for your specific project.
What is Webflow and what is it used for?
Webflow is a no-code platform for designing and publishing websites. It allows you to create fully responsive sites with advanced design, animations, and a built-in CMS. Unlike WordPress, Webflow doesn't rely on plugins — it's fast, secure, and gives you full control over the look of your site. It's increasingly the platform of choice for tech companies, startups, and brands that value quality and modern design.
Is Webflow good for SEO?
Yes — Webflow is one of the best platforms for technical SEO. It gives you full control over meta tags, headings, URL structure, and redirects, and sites are hosted on a global CDN, which translates into excellent Core Web Vitals scores.
At Ficturo, we go a step further — we also implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): we optimise content structure and schema markup so your site is visible in results generated by AI assistants.
What is the difference between AEO and SEO?
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the practice of optimising a website for traditional search engines like Google — it's about visibility in search results.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is a response to a new reality: more and more users are searching for information through AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. AEO is about structuring content and data so that AI can easily understand, cite, and display it as an answer.
At Ficturo, we combine both approaches — building sites that are visible both in Google and in AI-generated results.
Is Webflow a good fit for SaaS companies and startups?
Yes — and it's one of the most common use cases for Webflow. SaaS companies and startups value it for fast deployment, the ability to manage and grow the site independently through the marketing team, and excellent SEO and performance results.
At Ficturo, we have extensive experience working with tech companies. We understand the specific needs of this segment: scalability, clear product value communication, and websites that convert.
What is the Webflow CMS and how does it work?
The Webflow CMS (Content Management System) is a built-in content management system that lets you add and edit content on your site without touching the code or design. In practice, this means you can independently publish blog posts, update job listings, add portfolio entries, or manage a client list — all without a developer. During the project, we configure the CMS to fit your needs and provide training on how to use it.
What integrations does Webflow support?
Webflow works with a wide range of popular tools used in marketing, sales, and analytics. Integrations can be implemented directly or through automation platforms.
The most commonly used ones include:
- Automation: Zapier, Make
- CRM & marketing: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mailerlite
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar
- Payments: Stripe
- Cookies: Cookiebot, ConsentPro
At Ficturo, we connect Webflow with the tools you already use and automate repetitive processes where it makes sense.
How long does a Webflow development take?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. As a rough guide:
- Simple site (up to 5–8 subpages): 2–4 weeks
- Complex site with CMS, animations, and integrations: 4–8 weeks
We're able to provide an initial timeline once we've reviewed the scope of your project.

How much does a Webflow website cost?
The cost depends on the scope of the project: the number of subpages, the complexity of the design, animations, and integrations with external tools.
We price every project individually, based on your needs and goals. During a free consultation, we discuss the scope and provide a concrete quote tailored to your project.

Do you sign an NDA before starting conversations?
Yes, we can sign an NDA before starting any discussions. We understand that many companies — especially in the tech space — work with confidential information.
If you already have your own NDA, feel free to send it to us before the consultation at czesc@ficturo.com.
Who owns the project after the collaboration ends?
